1 Million Prive was launched in 2016. The true nose behind the fragrance is Christophe Raynaud. He is a master perfumer behind many iconic fragrances such as Marc O’Polo Man by Marc O’Polo (2001). The top notes consist of Blood mandarin and Cinnamon. The heart notes are Hookah tobacco and Myrrh. Finally, the base notes consist of patchouli and Tonka bean. This fragrance starts out great right from the top notes with a sweet and spicy mix that women find irresistible. The heart and base notes also have excellent notes that form a harmonious blend that turns the seductive scent into a sort of aphrodisiac.
2. Angel Men Pure Coffee by Thierry Mugler
Next in mens perfumes, we have Angel Men Pure Coffee by Thierry Mugler. Manfred Thierry Mugler is a French fashion designer who is founder of the house of Thierry Mugler in 1973. Manfred made a name for himself in the fashion world with his first collection that was considered to be both urban and sophisticated.
Personally, I would consider the whole of Thierry Mugler’s Angel collection to be seductive. Each fragrance in this wonderful collection takes advantage of a particular aroma that women find irresistible. Here you can find a review of the whole Angle collection.
This one was released in 2008. It was a collaborative effort of perfumers Jacques Huclier and Christine Nagel. Both are well- known perfumers responsible for some iconic scents like Travelling by Azzaro (2009) and Silver Shadow Private by Davidoff (2008). As the name suggests the main note in this fragrance is the seductive aroma of pure Arabica coffee. However, it also has Patchouli, Musk, Moss, Cedarwood, and Vetiver all of which help it with its seduction.
3. Jimmy Choo Man Intense
In 2011, Jimmy Choo took his empire to a new height and released his first fragrance in mens perfumes. Beforehand, Datuk Jimmy Choo Yeang Keat was famous for co-founding the house of Jimmy Choo which became known for its customized women’s shoes.
In 2016, they launched Man Intense. It is advertised as a fragrance for the man who is not afraid of a little attention. It has the perfect blend of spicy and aromatic notes to deliver the seduction it promises. The top notes are Mandarin orange, Lavender, and Honeydew Melon. This gives the fragrance a sweet and inviting opening. The heart notes are Davana, Geranium, and Pepper. These ones offer the fragrance a more spicy tone making it more seductive. On the other hand, the base notes are Patchouli, Cistus Labdanum, and Tonka Bean. These give the whole fragrance a masculine finish that solidifies it as one of the seductive mens perfumes.
4. Acqua Di Parma Colonia Leather Cologne
The Colonia Leather Cologne for men By Acqua Di Parma is another of my favorite scents. This is a large house that was founded in 1916 in Parma. It has several branches that include several Acqua di Parma variations as well as Collezione Barbiere (the men’s grooming range) and the Blu Mediterraneo aromatherapy line.
Colonia Leather was launched in 2014. The talented nose behind this scent is François Demachy. He is one of the greatest perfumers in the world who is behind a long list of iconic fragrances like Ambre Nuit by Christian Dior (2009). The top notes in the fragrance are Brazilian orange and Sicilian lime. Next, the heart notes are Rose and Petitgrain. Lastly, the base notes consist of Leather, Guaiac wood, and Atlas cedarwood. As the name suggests the leather in the foundation is the most prominent scent. Leather is yet another scent that women find strangely attractive. Also, the sweet smells of orange and rose oil help solidify it as a seductive.
