• Treadmill jogging lacks fresh air and natural environment. In outside jogging, fresh air is good for lungs and natural scenery brightens and refreshes your mind. It is good for your mental health. While on the treadmill, you just see the lights, walls of the room and, buttons of the machine which makes it feel boring.
• In a treadmill, you can save yourself from different weather effects. For example, in the summer season, there is a chance of heat stroke and dehydration which can damage your health more than improving your health. Similarly in the winter season, you can avoid the effect of cold wind on your nose and head by choosing treadmill jogging.
